These are the rules for using unflatten.org. They're short because the site is small. By uploading a picture you agree to them.
A free, non-commercial, experimental service run by a private individual in Switzerland. It turns a picture into a 3D model using the open-weight Hunyuan3D 2.0 model. It may be slow, produce poor results, or be switched off at any time without notice. It is provided as is, without any warranty. I'm not liable for any loss arising from using it or from its unavailability, to the extent the law allows.
Only pictures you own or have the right to use. Don't upload:
Uploads are processed automatically and not reviewed. If I become aware of content that breaks these rules I'll delete it and may block the connection it came from. To report content, email hello@unflatten.org with the link.
One model at a time per connection, ten per six hours, one batch of up to fifteen per day. Don't try to work around these limits or automate requests to the site. This is a shared graphics card paid for out of one student's pocket.
You keep all rights to what you upload. The 3D model generated from your picture is yours to use as you like, subject to the conditions of the underlying model's licence: Hunyuan3D 2.0 is released under Tencent's community licence, which among other things restricts use in the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea, and restricts commercial use above certain scales. If you are in one of those regions, or intend commercial use, please check that licence before relying on the output. This site itself is not intended for users in those regions.
Files are deleted three days after upload. Download what you want to keep.

Swiss law applies. Courts at my place of residence in Switzerland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
